1. I'm not an athlete – can I still do this?
Absolutely. You don’t need to be an athlete to benefit from working with us. Our coaching is tailored for anyone who wants to feel better, eat better, or perform better in their day-to-day life – whatever that looks like for you.
2. I've tried everything – why will this work for me this time?
Because we do things differently. We're evidence-based dietitians who take the time to understand you – your body, your goals, your lifestyle. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all plan.
3. I have intolerances, medical conditions, or just feel a bit complex – can you still help?
Yes, we can. Our team regularly works with a wide range of medical conditions, dietary needs, and individual challenges. Whether it’s intolerances, gut issues, or something a bit outside the box, we’ll work with you to find a solution that supports your health and goals.
4. How long until I see results?
That depends on a few factors – where you're starting, how consistently you follow your plan, and how engaged you are with the process. Change takes time, but with open communication and trust in your dietitian, you'll be on the right path to sustainable progress.
5. What makes your service different from other nutrition programs?
We’re not a quick fix or a copy-paste meal plan. Our service is fully personalised and grounded in science. You’ll work closely with your own dietitian who supports you every step of the way – through initial consultations, tailored meal plans, regular check-ins, and ongoing support. It’s a real partnership, not just a program.
